- Products without specific instructions are all handmade domestically in Korea.
- Pearl products are handmade with knots, and bonding and cutting are done to prevent loosening at the knot finish. As a result, the knot part may appear slightly darker. This is not a defect but a characteristic of the crafting process, so please keep it in mind when making a purchase.
Discoloration
- All metals, regardless of material, can change color over time due to factors such as body chemistry, external influences, and care methods. The speed of discoloration varies depending on the above factors.
- Avoid contact with water and sweat, wipe with a dry cloth after wearing, and store in a polybag or box to prevent exposure to air for a longer-lasting good condition.
Delivery and Returns
- The product is made to order, and each one is unique, crafted as a limited edition handmade piece. Therefore, refunds due to a change of mind are not applicable.
- Exchanges and returns due to the problem of the product are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- If you inform our customer center of your intention to exchange or return within 7 days, we will promptly handle it.
- Products unilaterally collected without prior notice may be returned.
- When sending the product, please send it in the same condition as received. The product tag should not be removed.
- If the package sent along with the product is damaged or missing, additional costs may be incurred.
- Exchange products may take up to 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the product inventory situation.
- For exchanges and returns due to product defects or wrong delivery, JBOX will bear the shipping cost.
- Delivery charges may be added for different countries due to shipping fees.
- For the Americas, Japan, and other overseas regions, additional shipping fees will be determined according to the international courier's policy and will be notified to customers in advance.
- Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after receiving the returned items, depending on the payment method used.
